Job Title : CULINARY FRESH GRADUATE (ENTRY LEVEL)

Mode of Employment : Contract 1 Year

Work Location : Cyberjaya

Role Description :

We are looking for Culinary Fresh Graduates who are interested in starting their career in central kitchen and food production operations.

The successful candidate will support the kitchen and production team in food preparation, cooking, portioning, packing and maintaining food hygiene and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily food preparation and central kitchen production activities.
• Prepare ingredients including washing, cutting, portioning and arranging raw materials.
• Assist senior kitchen staff with cooking and food preparation.
• Follow standard recipes, preparation methods and work instructions.
• Assist with portioning, packing and labelling finished food products.
• Ensure food is prepared and handled according to hygiene and food safety requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations, utensils and equipment.
• Store ingredients and food products properly.
• Assist with stock arrangement and basic inventory activities when required.
• Follow Halal, food safety and company procedures.
• Support other central kitchen and production activities as assigned.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate / entry-level candidate.
• Certificate, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Culinary Arts, Food Preparation, Food Service or a related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Willing to learn and follow instructions.
• Good personal hygiene and cleanliness.
• Able to work effectively as part of a production/kitchen team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced central kitchen environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
