Job Responsibilities:

• Regular outlet visits to engage customers and promote member card registrations.
• Support member recruitment campaigns and voucher redemption activities.
• Prepare and manage member-related promotional campaigns.
• Monitor member growth and campaign performance.
• Manage the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Rednote).
• Create engaging posts, reels, videos, and promotional content.
• Plan and schedule social media content in line with marketing objectives.
• Monitor engagement and respond to basic customer inquiries.
• Design simple marketing materials using the design tools such as Canva and Capcut.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Support advertising and branding activities.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM and above.
• Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication or related field is an added advantage.
• At least 1 year working experience in related field and related position.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel), Canva, Capcut, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Rednote).
• Possess strong commitment, good communication skills, able to work independently and self-motivated.
• Willing to travel and visit outlets when required.
• Able to write and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Computer literate.
• Basic photography and video recording skills are an advantage.
• Applicant must be willing to work at Alma, Penang.
