Job Description

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from commencement through completion. The role involves managing project schedules, documentation, logistics, client communication, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with project managers, operations teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, quotations, purchase orders, and other relevant records.
• Track project progress, follow up on outstanding tasks, and highlight potential delays or issues.
• Coordinate logistics, site activities, materials, equipment, and manpower requirements.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding project updates, schedules, and operational matters.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the project team and assist with process improvements.

Preferred skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in project coordination, project administration, operations, or a related role is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in project documentation and reporting.
• Good problem-solving, coordination, and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
