ELB Group Hiring! Full Time QC - Operator in Johor - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process and final inspection of plastic injection moulded components.
• Inspect products based on visual appearance, dimensions, specifications and quality requirements.
• Identify defects such as flash, short shot, sink mark, warpage, burn mark, scratch, crack, discoloration and other abnormalities.
• Use measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge and other inspection tools.
• Conduct sampling inspection according to established inspection procedures and quality standards.
• Record inspection results accurately and maintain proper quality documentation.
• Segregate, identify and report defective / non-conforming products to the relevant supervisor or engineer.
• Assist in investigating quality issues and identifying possible root causes.
• Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality problems.
• Monitor production processes to ensure products consistently meet required specifications.
• Follow SOP, work instructions, quality procedures, ISO requirements and 5S standards.
• Participate in corrective and preventive action activities when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Certificate in related field.
• Previous experience in plastic injection moulding / manufacturing / QC inspection is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical background are encouraged to apply.
• Able to use basic measuring and inspection equipment.
• Good observation skills and attention to detail.
• Able to read basic drawings, specifications and work instructions.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing / production environment.
• Willing to work on shift if required.

Pay: RM100.00 per day
