Job Description
- To supervise and monitor civil, structural, architectural, and M&E works including monitoring of installation works in accordance with the approved drawings and statutory requirements and specifications
- To conduct in-progress inspections and to identify any non-conformity and report to the Qualified Person
- To attend site, coordination, quality meetings
- Witness all the inspection and testing sessions performed to ensure compliance with designs and specifications
Job Requirement
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building works. Preferably with experience in industrial building/ development with prestressed (PT) elements
- Registered and valid RE/ RTO accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)
. Registered under Singapore Structural Steel Society (SSSS) as a registered steelwork supervisor
- Preferred applicants with Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisors Course (BCSS)
- Conversant in statutory code and requirements
- Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
