What you will be doing:
a. Project Management
Lead and supervise Project Coordinators in managing
end-to-end non-domestic gas installation projects, from design to commissioning.
Oversee key project controls, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management and contractor selection.
Ensure effective alignment and coordination with clients, consultants, internal teams and regulators.
Manage the submission, amendment and approval of gas drawings as required.
Ensure the safe and timely completion of commercial and industrial gas installation projects.
Minimize project delays and cost overruns.
Strengthen client engagement and industry credibility.
Support revenue generation through the efficient execution of non-domestic installation works.
b. Regulation and Compliance
Provide consistent support to the Regulatory Team in technical plan assessment and approval workflows.
Provide regulatory advice, particularly on emerging or complex requirements such as City-OG and new regulatory frameworks.
Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure alignment on submissions and compliance requirements.
Strengthen institutional knowledge and reduce dependency on a small group of technical approvers.
c. Contractor Performance Management (Residential)
Continuously review, enhance and administer the penalty and incentive framework, ensuring alignment with actual service outcomes.
Analyze monthly contractor performance and execute the penalty and incentive process accurately and on schedule.
Collaborate with the Domestic Team to identify recurring service lapses and propose systemic and preventive solutions.
Improve contractors’ service quality and reduce recurring service failures.
Establish a fair and data-driven performance mechanism that strengthens supplier relationships.
d. Operational Systems Management
Lead and support project start-ups, ensuring smooth initiation, stakeholder alignment and operational readiness.
Drive system enhancement initiatives, including UAT planning, user trials and implementation, to ensure system reliability and data accuracy.
Provide key coordination for cross-functional projects, such as:
Salesforce Feedback & Complaints workflow enhancements
Digital Submission Portal adoption and integration
Billing and cost recovery strategy development
What we are looking for:
Degree/Diploma in Engineering discipline.
Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in project management, engineering, utilities, gas or infrastructure-related industries.
Good knowledge of gas installation, technical drawings and relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities independently and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
