Role Description The Recruiting Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in WP Kuala Lumpur. This position supports the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate candidate records. The intern assists with job postings, updates applicant tracking systems, and communicates with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Additional responsibilities may include preparing interview materials, supporting onboarding and training activities, and contributing to recruitment-related reports and administrative tasks. The role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruiting in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess foundational skills in Recruiting and Hiring, including interest in talent acquisition processes and candidate sourcing.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Training, with the ability to assist in conducting interviews and supporting onboarding or orientation activities.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess basic organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency in using office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, document editors) and be comfortable learning recruitment systems.
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (completed or in progress) is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in WP Kuala Lumpur; prior internship or exposure to HR or recruitment is an added advantage.
