Management Trainee – AI, Web Development & Digital Projects

We are looking for a Management Trainee to join our AI + Content Department.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for a fresh graduate or early-career candidate interested in AI, web development, digital projects and business operations.

You will work on real client projects and internal initiatives involving websites, AI tools, project coordination, digital marketing and operations.

The role is suitable for candidates from Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related fields who have basic technical knowledge and are willing to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

Web Development

• Build, maintain and update websites, primarily using WordPress
• Perform basic customisation and troubleshooting using HTML/CSS
• Support websites and landing pages built using WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify and Framer
• Ensure websites are responsive, functional and properly deployed
• Assist with testing, QA and troubleshooting

AI & Digital Projects

• Use AI tools for research, analysis, content, coding, documentation, testing and project work
• Explore AI tools and workflows that can improve productivity and delivery
• Review and verify AI-generated work before it is used
• Support internal AI implementation and automation initiatives

Project Coordination

• Support multiple client and internal projects
• Track timelines, deliverables and outstanding tasks
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
• Assist with client updates, meetings and follow-ups
• Support projects from planning through execution and launch

Digital Marketing & Operations

• Assist with Meta and TikTok advertising campaigns
• Support campaign monitoring and reporting
• Assist with proposals, quotations and client onboarding
• Support sales-to-project handovers
• Conduct research on tools, platforms, competitors and emerging technologies

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field
• Basic WordPress knowledge
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Comfortable learning new technology and software
• Interested in AI, automation and emerging technologies
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
• Good communication skills
• Willing to learn, ask questions and take ownership of work

You do not need to already know every platform or AI tool. We are looking for someone who can think logically, learn quickly and solve problems systematically.
