Role Description The Assistant Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sunway City. This role is to drive sales growth, managing key accounts, and expanding the customer base for Sunway Quantum’s IT solutions. Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, conducting product presentations and demos, and following up on leads to close deals. The Assistant Sales Manager will coordinate with technical and implementation teams to ensure accurate solution scoping, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring market trends, maintaining sales reports and forecasts, and contributing to sales strategies and campaigns that align with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, account management, and business development skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Knowledge of IT solutions such as RPA, e-invoicing, Business Intelligence, and application development, or strong willingness and capacity to learn these domains (Preferred)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with confidence in engaging decision-makers at various organizational levels.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand client needs, propose suitable solutions, and handle objections effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office tools, and basic sales reporting or forecasting software.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple opportunities concurrently, and meet sales targets within defined timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred; relevant sales experience in technology or software solutions is an advantage.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-focused mindset, with a proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement.
