Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate new sales leads.
• Visit construction sites, contractors, developers, consultants, and project owners to introduce the company's products and services.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on sales inquiries.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitors.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and update management on sales activities and market feedback.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of sales or marketing experience.
• Experience in the construction, hardware, industrial equipment, building materials, or heavy machinery industry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel for customer visits.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to effectively communicate and liaise with Mandarin clients.

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
