Job Summary
Join Autoshield’s expanding team to make outbound calls inviting target segments for free company's insurance quotations (not life or investment insurance). You will work in a supportive environment with provided leads, contributing to business growth and client engagement.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to assigned target segments to invite them for free insurance quotations
Use provided leads to engage potential clients and explain quotation benefits clearly
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed to support sales conversion
Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve outreach effectiveness
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills
Meet or exceed performance targets to qualify for bonuses and promotion opportunities
