Purpose of the role:

Support the Recruitment Manager in recruitment of support staff / Admin for all business unit, fulfil the requirements of the business on time. Provide HR Operations support to the business.

Key Accountabilities:

Recruitment

• Determines future personnel needs together with line management.
• Work closely with the hiring Manager of all units / divisions.
• Ensure all vacancy required for replacement the Manpower Requisition Form being submitted and approved.
• Coordinates the placement of external ads to find candidates.
• Monitor the recruitment database record and tracking system.
• Analyse and improve the process and workflow for recruitment.
• Ensure the recruitment cost and activities within approved budget.
• Organizes and supervises administrative tasks related to recruitment, ensuring that all relevant information for candidate is recorded.

Administration

• Administer appropriate documentation for staff deployment and personal file.
• Ensure the data of new employee being updated in HRIS systems.
• Prepares monthly report for employee turnover and manpower requisition status and manpower deployment.
• Analyse the manpower turnover and provide summary report.
• Prepare the correspondences for any confirmation, resignation and movement of staff.
• Perform task as required.

Formal Education : Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of Professional Degree, any field

Experience: At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.

Personal Qualities:

• Able to work in a team environment.
• Able to work as well as teams’ activities, document in a concise manner.
• Able to present solution in written and oral reports.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Possess an excellent spoken and written English with high initiatives and positive attitude.
• Pleasant attitude and personality and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
