Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Performs a range of general clerical, accounting and administrative support function
- Updating and maintaining of records required
- To handle filing of invoices, documents and data entries
- Liaising with vendors/other departments when needed
- Perform other ad hoc duties assigned
- Minimum ‘O’ Level
- Competent in MS Office Applications, MYOB, GST related knowledge
- Responsible and highly motivated individual
- Positive working attitude
- Independent, meticulous and possess initiative
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin - Processing of documents in Mandarin needed. Proficiency in Mandarin is
- Experience in full set of accounts is an advantage
- 5-day work week
- Able to start work immediately
