Surgical OT Support Executive

When the surgical team scrubs in, you are the technical expert they rely on. As a Surgical OT Support Executive, you won’t be carrying a sales quota. Instead, your sole focus is ensuring our surgical technology performs flawlessly during live, high-stakes procedures. You are the calmest person in the room, guiding the clinical team with precision and expertise.

What You'll Do:

• Live Case Support: Stand shoulder-to-shoulder with surgeons in the Operating Theater, providing real-time technical guidance on complex implants, medical devices, or robotics.
• In-Service Training: Educate and train nurses, scrub techs, and surgical teams on proper equipment handling, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Crisis Management: Diagnose and resolve equipment issues on the fly without breaking a sweat (or sterile protocol).
• Inventory Control: Ensure the right implants, instruments, and trial kits are sterile and ready before the first incision is ever made.

Who You Are:

• A former nurse, allied health professional, or biomedical graduate with a deep fascination for human anatomy and surgical workflows.
• Hyper-organized, meticulous, and unflappable under extreme pressure.
• Someone who thrives in a clinical environment and doesn't mind the unpredictable, on-call hours of a busy surgical schedule.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
