Creative Direction and Strategy
Conceptualize and develop engaging video content ideas across a variety of formats (corporate, promotional, social media, internal communications, etc.).

End-to-End Video Production
Oversee the complete video production process—including budgeting, scheduling, scripting, storyboarding, pre-production planning, on-set coordination, editing, subtitling, and final delivery.

Post-Production
Linear editing, animation and graphic design

Production Coordination
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors (e.g., freelancers, studios, talent) to ensure smooth, efficient production workflows.

Project Management
Handle multiple video projects simultaneously, from routine corporate videos to ad hoc campaigns, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Production Support
Provide logistical and operational support at all stages—pre-production, mid-shoot, and post-production.

Additional Tasks
Perform other related duties and ad-hoc assignments as required.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Media, Communications, Film, or related fields preferred)

1–2 years of relevant experience in video production, media, or content creation (internships welcome)

Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply

Passionate about storytelling, visual media, and digital content

Solid understanding of digital and social media platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

Strong awareness of trends, pop culture, and current events

Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask with minimal supervision

Proficient in video editing and design tools such as:

• Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

• Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve

A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible

Fluent in English and proficient in Cantonese

Immediate availability is a plus
