SF International Hiring! Full Time Assistant Finance Manager in New Territories, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

The Company

SF REIT (Stock Code: 2191) is the first logistics properties-focused real estate investment trust listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The REIT is managed by SF REIT Asset Management Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of S.F. Holding (Stock Code: 6936). We are now inviting applications for the following position to support our continuous growth and compliance excellence.

Key Responsibilities;

• Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data and business performance; prepare high-quality financial analysis reports, and provide forward-looking insights and decision support to senior management.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead and independently prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans; build and maintain financial models; continuously track budget execution, conduct variance analysis, and propose actionable improvement recommendations.

• Treasury & Financing Management: Manage daily cash flow and liquidity; oversee the application, renewal, and negotiation of bank loans; optimize the financing structure and minimize funding costs.

• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements; coordinate with external auditors.

• Process Optimization: Continuously refine internal financial control policies, reporting frameworks, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience and background: 3 to 5 years’ experience in commercial accounting and auditing (Big 4). Experience in logistics property sector or commercial property sector is an advantage.

• Core Competencies: Strong capabilities in financial modeling, budget preparation, FP&A and treasury management; proven hands-on experience in preparing complex financial reports and building budget/forecast models from scratch; prior experience in bank loan processes and REIT industry financial compliance is highly preferred.

• Professional Qualification: HKICPA membership or an equivalent recognized accounting qualification.

• Personal Attributes: High sense of responsibility, rigorous logical thinking, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

• Others: Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese; proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and AI knowledge.
