Role Description The Human Resources Administrator at Insight Genesis – IGAi is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting the day-to-day HR operations of the organization. This includes maintaining employee records, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating benefits enrollment and changes, and ensuring HR data integrity within HRIS platforms. The role also involves assisting with recruitment logistics, supporting employee engagement initiatives, responding to HR-related inquiries, and helping to ensure compliance with labor and employment regulations across relevant jurisdictions. The administrator collaborates with HR leadership and other team members to streamline processes, improve documentation, and contribute to a positive, inclusive employee experience in a distributed work environment.

  • Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including experience supporting core HR operations.
  • Knowledge of Benefits Administration, with the ability to coordinate and communicate employee benefits clearly.
  • Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and comfort working with digital HR tools and data.
  • Understanding of Labor and Employment Law and the ability to support compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional team.
  • Experience in a tech, AI, or startup environment and familiarity with global or multi-jurisdiction HR practices are beneficial.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
