Work Location: Damansara Jaya

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards
• Manage and organize your assigned kitchen section
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and proper food hygiene
• Monitor stock and minimize food wastage
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen operations
• Support and guide Kitchen Crew / Commis when needed

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role preferred
• Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
• Responsible, organized, and team-oriented
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
