Responsibilities
Job Summary
:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operation Admin to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing service orders, scheduling and product ordering etc.
Key Responsibilities
:
Process Service Order
Assist of maintaining the daily schedule for technicians.
Order required products and materials
Scan and digitize important documents for efficient record-keeping
Assist with general administrative duties
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operation
Inventory control and management
Ensure consistent Inventory levels for stock items
Updating Inventory System upon receipt of goods
Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required
Qualifications
:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Min “N” level
Working Conditions
:
Location: Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park
Working hr: Mon-Fri 8:30pm to 6pm
