Packing Operations

• Supervise and monitor daily packing activities and manpower allocation.
• Ensure finished products are packed according to work instructions, packing specifications, and customer requirements.
• Verify product quantity, identification, labeling, and packaging materials before shipment.

Manpower & Team Supervision

• Assign daily tasks and workstations to packing operators.
• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, discipline, and work performance.
• Train and guide packing staff on proper packing methods, safety procedures, and work instructions.
• Identify manpower shortages and arrange appropriate manpower allocation.
• Conduct toolbox meetings or daily briefings when required.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain daily packing records and production reports.
• Record packing output, manpower utilization, material usage, and rejected/damaged products.
• Ensure all relevant documents are completed accurately and submitted on time.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
