Responsibilities
Position: Interior Designer
Description
This position essentially requires the candidate to pitch and provide professional advice on Space planning & concept illustration, Design & Materials specifications, and building strong relationships with our new and existing clientele.
Job Responsibilities
Preparation of proposals and quotations
Presenting and proposing design ideas to prospective clients
Project management and on-site coordination ensure smooth workflow of each project.
Working closely with various subcontractors and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess minimum Professional Certificate/ NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
Candidates with no relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Great team player, good interpersonal skills, and self-motivated.
Diligent, Meticulous, and motivated individual
Eager to learn and sales-driven
Proficient in Microsoft Office or AutoCAD preferred
Possess good communication skills (To provide professional advice and build good relationships with clients regarding planning & concept, designs, and material specifications)
