Job Responsibilities

• Check and control quality issues and bad materials.
• Monitor product quality, defects and yield every day.
• Follow up when quality is out of control.
• Make sure the process follows quality rules and ISO requirements.
• Support line and system audits.
• Train and guide Quality Technicians.
• Check and follow up on process/product changes.
• Review and update quality limits and standards.
• Support improvement projects.
• Work with Process, Tooling and Maintenance teams to solve quality problems.
• Make sure RCCA/8D actions are completed.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Science.
• Prefer 2–3 years' experience in Quality or Process Engineering.
• Prefer Electronics, PCB or Semiconductor background.
• Fresh graduates can apply.
• Good in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Basic problem-solving and analysis skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, SPC, FMEA, Control Plan and MSA is an advantage.
• Experience with JMP or Minitab is an advantage.
• Experience in Plating, Assembly, Wet Etching, Lamination, Testing or Inspection is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Able to work independently.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
