Job Description

Responsibilities

  • ·       Lead and manage civiland building construction projects from planning to completion.
  • ·       Oversee projectschedule, budget, quality, and safety performance.
  • ·       Coordinate with clients,consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
  • ·       Manage site teams andensure smooth project execution.
  • ·       Monitor project progressand resolve technical/site issues promptly.
  • ·       Conduct project meetingsand prepare progress reports.
  • ·       Ensure compliance withBCA regulations and company standards.
  • Job Requirements
  • ·       Degree in CivilEngineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • ·       Minimum 5–10 years ofrelevant Singapore construction experience.
  • ·       Experience managingbuilding projects with main contractors preferred.
  • · Good Pay + Good allowance + GoodBonus
