• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information entered into the system.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on how to use and navigate the company’s systems.
• Offer basic troubleshooting and support for system-related issues.
• Assist with system updates, configurations, and routine maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth system operations and resolve technical challenges promptly.
• Carry out ad hoc IT-related tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements

• At least a Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems, software, and troubleshooting.
• Good communication skills and the ability to guide users effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in data entry tasks.
• Ability to work independently and handle ad hoc assignments when required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Programming knowledge is an added advantage.
