What You’ll Do

• Manage project cost control & valuation
• Prepare & review progress claims
• Handle contract administration
• Liaise with contractors & project teams
• Maintain project records & support ad hoc tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Relevant QS/construction experience
• Knowledge of cost control, claims & contract administration
• Good communication & analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Able to work independently & as part of a team

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Banting: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Quantity Surveyor: 2 years (Required)
