The Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales & Application Engineer (Product Specialist) to join our team.

The successful candidate will manage and grow our customer portfolio

This role is ideal for individuals with a solid background in science or engineering, and who enjoy a mix of technical product understanding and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and drive sales activities for assigned product lines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in academia, research institutes, and industry
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, technical discussions & training
• Develop sales strategies to meet revenue targets
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
• Work closely with suppliers for training, product updates, and support
• Provide post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry or related disciplines
• Candidates with 1–2 years of lab experience or sales in scientific instruments will be an added advantage
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
