Responsibilities
Requirements
1–3 years in IT support, service desk, or helpdesk
Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
Clear written English — you will be writing directly to Singapore-based clients
Genuinely methodical: you finish what you start and you write down what you did
First-line response to client tickets: triage, resolution where possible, clean escalation where not
Monitoring and alert triage across client environments — endpoint, network, and security alerts
User and identity administration: Microsoft 365 accounts, licensing, mailboxes, MFA, device enrolment
Endpoint support: Windows, macOS, Intune-managed devices
Client onboarding tasks and asset/license tracking
Documentation — keeping client runbooks and knowledge base articles current as part of closing every ticket
Project — Assist on lift and shift, tech refresh and turnkey project implementation
Requirements:
Minimum educational qualification IN bachelor’s degree in computer/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in technology administration.
Basic network knowledge is advantageous.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with related technologies.
Independent, resourceful, result-oriented individuals with a "can-do" attitude
