Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and HR administration.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, selection and onboarding.
- Manage employee records, HR documentation, employment contracts, confirmation, transfer, promotion and other personnel matters.
- Administer monthly payroll, statutory contributions and related HR processes accurately and on a timely basis.
- Handle employee attendance, leave, overtime, claims and other HR-related matters.
- Support performance appraisal processes and work with HODs to monitor employee performance and development.
- Support employee engagement, company activities and initiatives to build a positive workplace culture.
- Provide practical HR advice and support to management and department heads on people-related matters.
- Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned by Management.
