We are looking for an R&D Engineer with strong process engineering experience to support new product development, process optimization, material evaluation and product/process qualification.

Key Responsibilities

• Support new product development through production transfer.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, yield, cost and process robustness.
• Plan and execute DOE and engineering experiments to optimize process parameters and establish process windows.
• Evaluate and qualify new materials and alternative materials/suppliers.
• Troubleshoot product and process issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Lead/support equipment and process qualification/validation, including engineering trials and qualification runs.
• Analyze process and experimental data and provide technical recommendations.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Drive continuous improvement in process capability, yield, cycle time, and cost.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Materials Science or a related technical discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in R&D, process engineering, product development or manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in new product development, DOE, process optimization and troubleshooting.
• Experience in material evaluation and equipment/process qualification.
• Knowledge of SPC, process capability, FMEA and structured problem-solving.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
