Job Summary
Oversee and deliver rehabilitative exercise programs for diverse clients, including neuro and geriatric cases, ensuring evidence-based care and accurate documentation to improve client wellbeing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement rehabilitative exercise programs tailored to individual client needs to enhance overall wellbeing
- Support neuro-related and geriatric clients through specialized exercise interventions
- Conduct home-based physical therapy sessions to extend care beyond clinical settings
- Provide clinical advice and protocols for managing clients with chronic illnesses to ensure safe and effective rehabilitation
- Collaborate with exercise specialists to execute comprehensive rehabilitation programs
- Maintain accurate client databases and records to support evidence-based exercise programming
- Document detailed case notes for all clients to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Collect and analyze outcome measure data to review program effectiveness and inform adjustments
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director or Lead Physiotherapist
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree or Diploma from a recognised institution
- Full or Restricted Registration and a valid practicing License with the Singapore Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Clinical experience of 1 to 3 years, preferably with geriatric and/or neuro cases
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work independently
