Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operation Officer/Executive to manage and oversee daily security operations. The role involves coordinating manpower deployment, ensuring service quality, handling client requirements, and maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily security operations at assigned sites
• Manage deployment, scheduling, attendance, and discipline of security personnel
• Liaise with clients to address operational issues, service quality, and special requirements
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with SOPs
• Handle incident reports, investigations, and corrective actions
• Prepare operational reports, manpower records, and documentation
• Coordinate recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of security guards
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and security regulations
• Respond to emergencies and provide operational support when required

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Security Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in security operations or facilities management (DIPLOMA)
• Strong leadership and manpower management skills
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call duties
• Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools
• No criminal record
• Medically Fit to work

Preferred:

• Experience in licensed security companies
• Knowledge of Malaysian security regulations and labor laws
• Possession of own transport
