Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
• Oversee contractors managing application systems hosted in the Cloud to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.
• Enable and support Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and observability solutions for proactive system management.
• Manage and resolve incidents, problems, and changes in accordance with ITIL processes, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and audit requirements.
