Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Operation Manager /Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. You will implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits.

Production & Quality Control

Follow the daily production schedule and meet output targets.

Inspect finished products to ensure print quality, cutting accuracy, dimensions, and workmanship meet customer requirements.

Minimize material wastage and machine downtime.

Record production quantities, defects, and machine issues accurately.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Perform basic machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.

Troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate with maintenance technicians when necessary.

Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around machines and work areas.

Safety & Compliance

Follow company safety procedures at all times.

Ensure safe handling of materials, tools, inks, and machine components.

Comply with company SOPs and production standards.
