Step Into the World of Pharmacy Operations

With structured on-the-job guidance, you’ll work alongside an experienced team and contribute to the smooth running of essential pharmacy activities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy

• Assist pharmacists and team members with dispensing-related and operational activities

• Prepare, arrange and replenish medications and pharmacy supplies according to established procedures

• Conduct stock checks and assist with inventory management

• Receive, sort, organise and move pharmacy supplies as required

• Ensure medications and supplies are stored accurately and appropriately

• Maintain a clean, organised and orderly work environment

• Provide basic administrative and operational support when required

• Assist with other pharmacy-related duties as assigned

• Handle items weighing up to approximately 10kg as part of routine duties

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum GCE N/O Level or equivalent

• No prior pharmacy experience required; training and guidance will be provided

• Comfortable performing hands-on tasks involving loads of up to approximately 10kg

• Responsible, organised and attentive to details

• Willing to learn new processes and follow established procedures

• Able to work effectively as part of a team in a structured healthcare environment
