Job Overview

We are looking for a FinTech Specialist to support the development and operation of financial technology and digital asset infrastructure services. The role will work closely with technology, operations, product, compliance, and business teams to support digital financial solutions, improve operational processes, and monitor developments across the fintech and digital asset industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the operation and improvement of fintech and digital financial infrastructure solutions.
• Monitor developments in financial technology, digital payments, digital assets, and related market trends.
• Assist with product and service analysis, business requirements, and technology-related projects.
• Work with internal teams to support the implementation and enhancement of digital financial solutions.
• Analyse operational processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Support the preparation of business requirements, product documentation, reports, and project materials.
• Coordinate with technology, operations, compliance, and business teams on fintech-related initiatives.
• Assist with testing, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of new systems and digital financial services.
• Conduct research on industry developments, technology solutions, and emerging fintech applications.
• Support management with analysis and projects related to digital finance and financial technology infrastructure.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, FinTech, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in FinTech, financial services, technology, digital payments, digital assets, or a related industry.
• Good understanding of financial technology and digital financial services.
• Strong analytical, research, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with technology, business, and operational teams.
• Good understanding of digital platforms, financial systems, or technology-enabled financial services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with digital asset infrastructure, payment technology, blockchain-related solutions, or financial platforms will be an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
