Business Development & Marketing Manager – F&B Catering

We are looking for an experienced Business Development & Marketing Manager to drive new business and grow our F&B catering operations.

Job Scope

• Identify and secure new corporate and industrial catering clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, companies and business partners.
• Generate leads, arrange meetings, prepare proposals and close new deals.
• Develop sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
• Manage client accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and new business opportunities.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure client requirements are met.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Development / Sales / Marketing.
• Experience with corporate clients, F&B catering or industrial kitchen is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in bringing in new business and generating revenue.
• Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills.
• Proactive, target-driven and able to work independently.
• Food handling / food safety certification is an advantage.
• Possess own car for travelling.
