Smartlink Engineering Hiring! Full Time PRODUCTION ENGINEER in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

Smartlink Engineering Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian engineering and manufacturing company serving the semiconductor and high-technology industries. Our core capabilities include the design, fabrication, assembly and integration of industrial automation equipment, precision machinery and customised engineering solutions.

We are currently looking for a Production Engineer (executive level) to support our production operations and drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.

Current Location : Klang, Selangor

New Location :
Sijangkang, Selangor. We will be moving to new facilities at Sijangkang by January 2027.

Responsibilities :

• Plan, coordinate and monitor daily production activities to ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Provide technical support to the production team and troubleshoot production, process and equipment-related issues.
• Monitor production processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, quality and process flow.
• Investigate production problems, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Planning and Procurement teams to resolve production issues.
• Develop and improve work instructions, process flow, production methods and other relevant documentation.
• Support new product introduction, engineering changes and process improvement projects.
• Monitor production performance, manpower utilisation, material usage and process efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement, productivity enhancement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure production activities comply with company procedures, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Prepare production-related reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Perform other duties related to production and engineering as assigned by the Management.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Preferably 3 years of experience in production, manufacturing or process engineering.
• Experience in industrial automation, precision machinery or engineering industries is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
