Job Description

• QC Executive to support and manage Quality Control activities in a food manufacturing environment.

The candidate will be involved in both operational QC work and documentation to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

• Perform lab testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished products
• Monitor production process to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation including:
• Product Specifications
• COA (Certificate of Analysis)
• MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet)
• Process Flow Charts
• Ensure all QC records are accurate and up to date
• Conduct raw material verification and support supplier audits
• Work closely with Purchasing on material quality and approval
• Handle customer inquiries related to ingredients, product specifications, and documentation
• Prepare ingredient list and nutrition information in the required format
• Ensure all information provided complies with regulatory and labelling requirements
• Handle customer complaints related to product quality
• Conduct investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Support internal and external audits (HACCP, GMP, ISO, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards
• Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Sales, and other departments to ensure smooth quality operations

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Halal or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years in QA/QC within food manufacturing (preferably FMCG industry).
• Strong understanding of FSSC, HACCP, GMP, HALAL, and food safety requirements.
• Knowledge of Malaysian food regulations and labeling requirements.
• Understanding of allergen control and cross-contamination prevention.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good documentation, analysis report preparation and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• English, Bahasa Malaysia, ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and Autocount.
• Able to lead QAQC team

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
