Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customer accounts and business opportunities to expand market reach
Promote cleaning services effectively to residential and commercial clients to increase sales
Manage and maintain existing customer accounts by following up on enquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
Prepare accurate quotations and negotiate service contracts to secure business agreements
Coordinate with the operations team to communicate customer requirements and ensure service delivery meets expectations
Work independently to achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and relationship management
