Job Description
Responsibilities
Implement company wide BIM standards, workflow and BIM Execution plan and protocols, and best practices across all assigned projects.
Lead, manage, train and mentor Modeller to ensure on time and high-quality deliverables.
Oversee and coordinate BIM models with other disciplines.
Conduct clash detection and manage coordination processes using tools such as Navisworks.
Review and audit BIM models to ensure compliance with project requirements and company standards.
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to project teams.
Maintain drawing registers, revisions and project documentation.
Prepare operation and maintenance drawing records.
Ensure drawings are completed accurately, on time and according to project specifications and quality requirements.
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
Certificate in BIM Management from BCA Academy.
5 to 8 years of hands-on BIM modeling and coordination experience in the Singapore construction industry.
Minimum 2 to 3 years in a lead or supervisory capacity
Strong familiarity with Singapore BIM / VDC guidelines, and authority submission requirements.
