Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated, proactive, and service‑oriented Patient Service Associate Executive (PSAE) to lead our frontline operations and uphold the highest standards of patient care. In this supervisory role, you will guide and support junior staff, ensure seamless clinic workflows, and champion service excellence across all patient touchpoints.

As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in creating a seamless, welcoming, and positive clinic experience. You will support day‑to‑day clinic operations while delivering efficient, compassionate, and patient‑centred service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Registration & Appointments
    Manage patient registration, schedule appointments, and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Billing & Enquiries
    Handle billing, payments, and patient enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Referrals & Coordination
    Facilitate referrals, follow-up arrangements, and ensure timely coordination of patient care.
  • Service Excellence
    Manage patient feedback, support service recovery efforts, and uphold service standards.
  • Clinic Operations Support
    Assist in daily clinic operations, administrative tasks, and workflow processes to ensure smooth clinic functioning.
  • Process & Service Improvements

Contribute to improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency. Provide ground insights to strengthen service quality and workflow optimization.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • Prior experience in healthcare, customer service, or operations is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Supervisory & coordination to guide and mentor teammates
  • Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn clinic systems
  • Customer‑oriented with a positive, professional attitude
  • Ability to work half-day on Saturdays
