Job description:

• Prepare project gantt and setup cross function project team.
• Review DFM, PFMEA, process capability study, stack up tolerance study for product design and requirement.
• Develop process flow, bill of material and process drawing for new product.
• As PDD main communication window with customer, prepare progress update report.
• Review customer 3D data and drawings, bill of materials, specification and standard part TDS.
• Ensure development of Process drawing as per customer drawing requirement.
• Develop, analyze, and record permanent solution for any problem encountered during project implementation

Skill Required:

• Knowledge of project management, PPAP, FMEA, DFx, DoE, SPC, GD&T, MSA etc.
• Knowledge of industry requirement such as CE!, POR, Change Control etc.
• Skills in CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo) and CAM/ERP systems to support design reviews and manufacturability analysis.
• Analytical and mathematical mind, capable of evaluating and solving complex problems.

Qualification:

• Diploma/Degree in mechanical/mechatronic Engineering or Min 2 years relevant experience.
• Computer literate including design software and programming

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
