Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in preparing project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
Serve as a point of contact for addressing inquiries and providing updates on project status.
Provide ad hoc support to the Project Team as needed.
Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in management or a related field.
Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a project management environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferably, fluent in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
