We’re now looking for a Junior Multimedia / eLearning Designer to join our KL design team.

THE ROLE

What if learning content didn’t have to feel like “training”?

That’s where you come in.

You’ll help us create engaging eLearning induction modules and supporting visuals that are clear, creative, and enjoyable to experience.

Your work may include:

• Designing illustrations, graphics, layouts, and visual assets
• Storyboarding short learning sequences
• Creating motion graphics and simple animations
• Helping build and assemble eLearning modules
• Turning learning objectives into compelling visual experiences
• Working closely with designers, animators, and other team members to bring projects to life

This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate or junior designer who is passionate about design, curious about how things are made, and excited to build a career in eLearning and multimedia production.

You don’t need to know everything. You just need to be ready to learn.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Must-haves

• Strong foundation in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Animate
• After Effects experience is a plus
• Good visual design sense, including typography, layout, colour, and composition
• A portfolio demonstrating illustration, UI/visual design, motion, animation, or related work
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take feedback and direction
• Ability to learn quickly and solve problems independently
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Articulate Storyline or other eLearning authoring tools
• Basic understanding of HTML5 or eLearning production workflows
• Experience with Vyond or other 2D animation platforms
• Familiarity with motion graphics or animation production

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Degree in Multimedia Design, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
