岗位职责

  • Responsible for site management and coordination work
  • Liaise with Client/Consultant/Designer/Sub-contractor
  • Coordinate all Sub-Contractor/NSC work
  • Attend site meeting/site walk
  • Monitor work progress on site
  • Independent and self motivated
  • Possess good communication skill
  • Able to lead a project team and ensure accountability ofeach team player
  • Able to resolve site issues
  • Able to prepare Method Statement, Safe Work Procedure andnecessary plan for project execution
  • Project Management/Planning and cost control
  • Update the management on site progress
  • Keep proper documentation
  • Check quality of work on site
  • Able to start at short notice
  • Able to work night shift
