Role Overview

The Service Delivery Engineer will be responsible for on-site customer delivery, after-sales service, equipment troubleshooting and maintenance support. The role will involve responding to customer issues and emergency warranty requests, coordinating testing and issue resolution, providing equipment operation and maintenance training, and working closely with customers and service providers to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle on-site customer delivery and after-sales service issues;
• Provide operation and maintenance training for on-site customer operations staff;
• Coordinate with third-party testing to complete testing and on-site issue closure;
• Respond to customer emergency warranty requests, respond within the required timeframe and arrive on site;
• Provide timely feedback on on-site customer requirements and issues;
• Build good relationships with customer maintenance personnel;
• Collaborate with service providers to handle on-site delivery and after-sales issues.

Requirements:

• Major in Mechatronics, Refrigeration, Automation or related fields, college diploma or above;
• Over 1 year of working experience in related industries;
• Knowledge of refrigeration, electrical and other professional expertise, proficient in equipment theory; familiar with products and industry trends;
• Good coordination, communication and teamwork skills;

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• HVAC: 1 year (Required)
• Refrigeration: 1 year (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
