Hiring for 2 positions – immediate opportunity to join our team
About the role
Immediate opportunity to join our team in an engineering position focused on product installation, technical support, and troubleshooting for vehicle-related systems.
Key responsibilities
Study and installation for the product on vehicle as per customer request
Prepare installation SOP, User Manual and other documents as per customer requirement
Provide product installation training to external/internal parties
Perform troubleshooting for vehicle related to the technical issues
Provide technical support during development stage, testing phases, market complaints and other relevant
Prepare all the technical report for the new products or product changes
Assist for preparing the layout planning process flow, material flow, operation layout & standard work instruction
Perform the technical support on the EV battery repair service (Diagnostic, repair, reporting, maintenance)
About you
Professional certificate, Diploma, or Degree in engineering field
Basic electronic/electrical knowledge
Fresh Graduate or 0-2 years experience in related manufacturing field
Good Interpersonal and communication skill
Technical and troubleshooting skill
