KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP) : Process invoices, payments, and track outstanding balances
• Month-end tasks : Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end closing
• Account Reconciliation : Perform monthly bank and petty cash reconciliations
• Cash Flow : Prepare weekly cash flow reports to monitor company finances
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

REQUIREMENT

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or a related field
• 2–3 years of accounting experience (SME experience is a plus)
• Familiar with accounting software (e.g. Infotech)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Able to work independently in a small-team environment
