• Attend to customers inquiry and conduct site survey as required
• Assist Project Manager in all onsite technical, engineering matters and authority submissions.
• Prepare submission of shop drawing, materials, method of statement, monthly progress claims and project management reports.
• Supervise and monitor projects are carried out in accordance to company’s operating procedures, quality standards and contractual specifications.
• Ensure environmental, safety and health practices are carried out at all time.
• Carry out detail design and provide proposal for customers.
• Assist in plan and schedules works with reference to contractual schedules.
• Responsible for all inspection activities being carried out.
• Attend To all operational matters related to the daily running of the project.
• Assist in liaising with customers concerning approval of plans and drawings, acceptance of work, progress of work, problem solving, Etc.
• Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor schedule.
• Co-ordinate with customers to handover completed project with project documents.
• Performing tests to ensure systems meet safety and performance standards.
• All other ad-hocs duties assigned.
• Monitor and supervise workers/ Sub-contractors, ensure compliance to inspection and test plan, quality procedures, code of practices and standard of workmanship.
• Monitor site activities and feedback on progress of works.
• Maintain relevant quality records pertaining to works.
• Liaise with M&E and Architectural team for co-ordination of works.
• Monitor and maintain Sub-Contractors workforce.
• Prepare daily site reports.
• Explain task and methods to workers/Sub-Contractors.
• All other ad-hocs duties assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,700.00 - $4,800.00 per month
