·        Involvement in the whole manufacturing process

·        Perform quality check & control to ensure the products meet required standards

·        Ability to manage and participate day to day production operations in a hands-on manner

·        R&D for new products, complete processing specs accurately on site

·        Ensure accurate production documentation, calculation and reporting

·        Coordinate with Master Butcher to make sure operation is smooth within the production team

·        Rectify faults when raised as fast as possible together with the management

·        Knowledge of HACCP, FSC2200, SFA food safety regulations and possess Level 1 Food Hygiene certificate will be an advantage.

Jobs requirements

·        Higher Nitec or Diploma in Culinary arts & Management , Food Technology, Food Science or a related discipline.

·        Must have the passion and focus attitude

·        Able to carry a 20kg load.

·        Prior experience is not necessary.
